Un petit tutoriel pour paramétrer votre serveur dédié pour GTR.

Création des fichiers seetting.
- Vous créez un répertoire Race-Online sous USERDATA (Race-Online est un exemple).
- Vous dupliquez votre fichier settings de pilote.
Ex: USERDATApseudopseudo.PLR en USERDATARace-OnlineRace-Online.PLR

Pour lancer le serveur dédié.
- Pour lancer le serveur dédié il faut alors utiliser la commande suivante (faire un raccourci).
Ex: GTR.EXE +dedicated +Race-Online .
S'il n'y a pas +Race-Online, le serveur va lancer le fichier .PLR par défaut, donc pas celui que vous aurrez modifier.

Passons aux settings proprement dits.
Nous étudierons les paramètres principaux et la liste se complètera au fil des semaines.
Une interface sous GTR Manager permettra sans doute à l'avenir de régler ces différents settings, je ne sais pas encore.
Nous allons ouvrir le fichier Race-Online.PLR (celui que l'on vient de créer dans le dossier Race-Online) avec le bloc note et recherché les lignes suivantes (utiliser la fonction recherche du bloc note par Edition-->Recherche).

MULTI Failure Rate="1"
Paramètre très important.
Tour de reconnaissance, en fait après le warmup ça permet de partir des stands et de rejoindre la grille de départ en faisant le tour de formation.
Vous arrivez alors sur la grille et les filles avec parasolle vous attendent (doux rêve).
0 - Désactivé.
1 - Activé.
Mon conseil : 1.

MULTI Reconnaissance="1"
Paramètre très important.

Visualisation de la grille.
Juste avant le départ du tour de chauffe, une camera remonte toute la grille et vous montre tous les participants.
Ensuite vous vous retrouvez dans votre cockpit.
0 - Désactivé.
1 - Activé.
Mon conseil : 1 pour le fun, 0 pour le réalisme car à ce moment là vous êtes déjà dans le cockpit normalement.

MULTI Formation Lap="1"
Permet de faire le tour de formation derrière le SafetyCar.
A la fin du tour le SafetyCar rentres aux stands, vous continuez de roulez.
Arrivé près de la ligne de départ, vous aurez le drapeau vert, c'est le départ lancé, la course commence.
0 - Pas de tour de formation.
1 - Tour de formation.
Mon conseil : 1.

MULTI Flag Rules="2"
Gestion des drapeaux.
0 - Pas de drapeaux.
1 - Seulement les drapeaux noirs.

Permet d'interdire d'utiliser le même véhicule.
Les joueurs ne pourront prendre qu'une voiture qui n'est pas encore utilisé par un autre joueur.

Détection des tricheries.
0 - physiques/GDB seulement.
1 - physiques/GDB/EXE.
2 - physiques/GDB/géométrie circuit.

Fonctionne en collaboration avec "MULTI Reconnaissance" qui doit être à 1
Temps en seconde durant lequel les Pits restent ouverts pour sortir/entrer des stands et pour aller rejoindre la grille de départ en roulant.
Mon conseil : 300 soit 5 minutes

Recon Pit Closed="150"
Fonctionne en collaboration avec "MULTI Reconnaissance" qui doit être à 1
Temps qui s'écoule entre la fermeture des stands et le début du tour de formation.
Durant ce temps vous pouvez encore rejoindre la grille de départ en roulant (mais vous devez être déjà sortie des stands).
Mon conseil : 150 soit 2 minutes 1/2 environ.

Recon Timer="1"
Pour que le décompte du temps avant le tour de formation s'affiche.
0 - Désactivé.
1 - Activé.

Timescale Ded Sessions="0"
Pour que les temps des différentes sessions ne soient pas calés sur le temps de cours.
0 - Désactivé.
1 - Activé.
Mon conseil : 0.

Server Installed Cars Only="0"
Pour ne pas accepter les nouvelles voitures (nouveaux SLOT).
0 - Désactivé.
1 - Activé.
Mon conseil : 0 car pour l'instant 1 provoque le crash du serveur si quelqu'un rejoins avec une nouvelle voiture.

NOTE : Certains circuits nécéssitent d'interdire le tour de formation car le PACECAR n'arrive pas à sortir (exemple: Estoril).
